Kamset service update - Coronavirus

Following the Prime Minister's statement Monday evening, we wish to update you regarding actions we're taking as a business in response to the coronavirus outbreak and to reassure we are doing everything we can to maintain business as usual for our clients.


The Kamset team will operate regular office hours, and can be reached by email, mobiles, and via the main switchboard number, albeit some are now working remotely. Your contacts here at Kamset will be available to chat through any concerns you may have.


We are following the NHS guidelines by reducing unnecessary contact between colleagues where practical.


We are in constant contact with our supply chain and do not currently foresee any material supply issues but this may well change due to outside factors. We are confident we have purchased sufficient stocks of core products for a prolonged period of production if our supply chain is affected.


We are monitoring the situation daily and will keep you informed of any changes to this approach.


Throughout this period of uncertainty, our top priorities remain as follows:


  1. To protect the health and well-being of our team and clients

  2. To do what we can to lessen/slow the spread of the virus, therefore reducing the impact on the NHS

  3. To retain the same level of service to our clients
